Traffic police intensify security presence

Assistant Interior Minister Esmat el Ashqar called Saturday on fans due to attend the football match between Egypt's Al Ahly and Tunisia's Esperance Sportive teams at Alexandria's Borg El Arab Stadium to abide by traffic regulations.
In statements to MENA on Saturday, el Ashqar said Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar has given instructions to intensify the presence of traffic police on Cairo-Alexandria desert road to secure the buses transporting fans to the stadium.
In addition, el Ashqar stressed that traffic services on the road have been intensified, adding that policemen were deployed to secure all roads leading to the stadium.
