Sudanese diplomats leave Central African Republic

A number of Sudanese diplomats posted in the Central African Republic have returned to Khartoum because of the unstable security situation. In a statement Sudanese army spokesman Alsawarmi Khalid Saad said the decision to return members of the Sudanese diplomatic mission was made between the Sudanese Foreign Ministry and the military. A spokesman for the Sudanese Foreign Ministry Al-Obeid Ahmed Marawih told Arabstoday that Sudan is closely following current developments in the Central African Republic as Sudanese troops are working to secure the border.
