Sleiman calls for complaint to UN over Israel strikes

Lebanon's President Michel Sleiman condemned on Friday the Israeli strike that hit south Beirut earlier that day and called for a complaint to be submitted to the UN Security Council about the attack. “President Michel Sleiman strongly denounced the Israeli [air strike] on Naameh and tasked caretaker Foreign Minister [Adnan Mansour] to file a complaint over the attack to the United Nations Security Council,” a statement from the presidential Baabda Palace said.
