Second phase of Brexit talks can start

European Council President Donald Tusk said on Friday that 27 EU leaders meeting in Brussels had agreed to give the green light to internal preparations for the second phase of Brexit talks with London, dealing with trade.
The British Sky News channel reported the statement with no further details.
Britain is scheduled to meet with the EU member states on Friday to tackle the path of Brexit talks in an attempt to persuade member states to start discussions on the EU/UK trade agreement.
