Suez - Sayed Abdullah

Hundreds of Egyptian citizens resumed their demonstrations in Suez for the fourth day to express their protest against the recent decisions taken by Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, including the imposition of a curfew and state of emergency in the Canal cities. In Suez’s al-Arbaeen Square, a large number of people including women and children, were joined by members of the National Salvation Front in anti-government protests. The demonstrators raised banners demanding to overthrow the ruling regime, and stressed that they do not accept Morsi's decisions. The march began in the streets of Suez, as demonstrators raised photos of martyrs and flags of Egypt and Suez. They chanted against the Egyptian president and the ruling Muslim Brotherhood. They distributed literature, calling on the people to participate in protests organised for Friday, to achieve the objectives of the Egyptian revolution.
