
Official Algerian sources revealed to Arab Today that President Abdelaziz Bouteflika is expected to ?arrive to Algeria Tuesday evening after ending his treatment period in France, which lasted more ?then two months.? The president’s luggage and his medical crew returned to the ?county one week ago, before ensuring he is in good and a stable health condition.? Media sources have said that the Algerian president is preparing to return to his country and ?leave the French territory after concluding treatment at Val de Grace hospital. Bouteflika has been suffering from health problems since April, due to which he was transferred to the Parisian hospital. His mysterious health condition was surrounded by rumours regarding the real ?cause of illness, which forced many opposition parties to implement article 88 of the Algerian ?constitution.? Media reports also revealed that President Bouteflika has appointments and sessions set on the second week of Ramadan to review reports of ministers of the government. Bouteflika sent his greetings for the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan to all the kings and leaders of Arab and Islamic countries.
