Egypt Today, egypt today Naeem warns against Brotherhood assassinations

Cairo - Ali Ragab
Egyptian Islamic Jihad leader Nabil Naeem has stated that the Muslim Brotherhood will begin recruiting supporters from abroad to execute operations against the army and the Rebel movement. He signalled that the former ruling group will adopt a "proxy war against its enemies." Naeem has urged figures from the Rebel movement, Tamarod, who helped launch the July 2013 Egyptian protests which preceded the coup against former Islamist leader Mohammed Morsi, to avoid visits to Libya, Tunisia or Yemen, as they may be targeted by the Brotherhood in these countries. He also warned that Morsi's supporters may turn to clashes against security forces if the latter attempt to dissolve their sit-in at Rabaa al-Adawiya square.
