In a statement, Allam called for taking decisive measures to provide security to all citizens and state facilities and deter attacks in Sinai by outlaws and saboteurs . The first explosion took place near the military intelligence and the other hit a security checkpoint at Nafoura Square. He urged the State to strike with an iron fist on those jeopardizing the security of Sinai, saying every body should bear their responsibility in protecting the country.
