UN mission to Libya Bernardino Leon
Tripoli - Arab Today

Peace talks between Libya's rival factions are to resume in Morocco later this week, the United Nations announced Tuesday.
The UN mission to Libya said that all the invited parties had officially informed it that they would take part in the new round of talks, which will focus on forming a national unity government.
The announcement comes a day after Libya's internationally recognized parliament, based in the eastern city of Tobruk, backed down on a decision to suspend its participation in the process, dpa reported.
The talks will discuss the positions of prime minister and deputy prime minister in the proposed national unity government as well as security arrangements to pave the way for a comprehensive ceasefire, the UN said.
