Beirut - Arab Today

The Lebanese Army shelled on Friday Arsal outskirts, northeastern Lebanon, with heavy munitions and rockets, the National News Agency reported.
This move came after the army intercepted some suspicious movement by militants hiding in the area.
Also, an army unit raided al-Rahma-Rihanieh camp, in which a number of Syrian refugees reside, and searched the tents for illegitimate possessions.
Four Syrians, who lacked residency documents, were arrested during the raid.
Meantime, an Israeli reconnaissance plane violated the Lebanese airspace over the town of Alma Shaab and circled over the southern region, as well as Byblos and Batroun areas.
