Leadership congratulated by Shura Council

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a cable of gratitude from the Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh for patronizing the opening of the National Assembly’s fourth session of the fourth legislative term.

The Shura Chairman paid tribute to the royal keynote speech marking the opening of the National Assembly’s new session, saying its contents reflect the royal belief in national action, democracy and the rule of law.

He vowed to continue the march of development and modernization and reinforcing the homeland’ security and stability, wishing him abundant good health and happiness.

The Shura Chairman sent a similar cable to HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa for taking part in the opening of the National Assembly’s new session.

He praised HRH Premier’s support for the National Assembly’s action and his efforts to strengthen cooperation between legislative and executive branches in the interest of citizens’ aspirations, wishing him abundant good health and happiness.

The Shura Chairman also extended thanks to HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, for participating in the opening of the National Assembly’s new session, which reflects his support for the sincere national efforts to uphold the homeland’s aspiration, wishing him abundant good health and happiness.
