Jordan denies Aqaba rocket attack reports

Jordanian authorities have denied rockets landed on the coastal city of Aqaba, after international news agencies reported three explosions on Israeli soil on Wednesday morning. “There has been no unusual or military action in the city,” Jordanian security sources told Arabstoday. Hebrew-language newspaper Yedioth Ahronot reported rockets had been fired from Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula on Wednesday morning.
