
A Palestinian woman was shot dead late Friday by Israeli troops east of Khan Younis, Palestinian sources reported. According to the sources, 57-year-old Aminah Atiyeh Qudeih was shot and killed by Israeli forces east of Khan Younis when she approached the separation barrier between Israel and the Gaza Strip. Ambulances were not allowed access to the area at the time, and by the time they reached the area on Saturday morning, Qudeih was found dead, the sources said. Meanwhile, tens of Palestinian youths on Friday broke into the buffer zone. The Israeli soldiers fired shots, but no casualties were reported. Source: Petra
