
Ten members of the terrorist Daesh group in Iraq were killed on Tuesday in an operation launched by the Iraqi security forces against the group.
During an operation under Baghdad forces command, four out of the ten were killed while nine hideouts, armored vehicle and a heavy machine gun were destroyed.
Meantime, the security forces under Anbar command, backed by Popular Mobilisation (al-Hashid al-Shaabi), made progress in al Majara and al Ankor areas.
As many as 86 explosive devices were defused in the operation while 40 others were blown up in Ramadi.
Also, two wanted fighters were arrested over terror charges and six Pakistani nationals were killed in the same operation.
