German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, left Beirut Friday for Germany after a series of official meetings with President Michel Suleiman, Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri. However he did not meet with his Lebanese counterpart Adnan Mansour.
