Kuwait's Ambassador to Lebanon Abdul-Aal Al-Qenaie said Monday the ambassadors of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states to Lebanon, reaffirm keenness of their countries on Lebanon's sovereignty and stability. Ambassador Al-Qenaie lauded, on behalf of GCC ambassadors accredited in Lebanon, the strong ties between the GCC countries and Lebanon. He made the press remarks after his meeting with Lebanon's newly-appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs Gebran Bassil, He said he exchanged views with the Lebanese minister on the close relations and regional developments. The Kuwaiti ambassador expressed hope that the formation of the Lebanese government would pave the way for further national understandings and enhance security and stability countrywide.
