Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban
Budapest - Arab Today

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban focused on what he called "a disorderly Europe" as the reason the UK voted to leave the EU, while addressing newly graduating law enforcement officers and disaster management officers at a ceremony here on Sunday.

Orban said the British have had enough of being told what to do, of uncertainty, of paralysis, of a "flood of words and no deeds," and of not feeling at home in Europe.

He blamed the EU and its attitude towards migration, saying that many European leaders were not ready to combat the flood of illegal migrants who were violating law. The result, he said, was the deterioration of public safety, a threat of violence and general dissatisfaction.

Today's Europe, he said, was unable to respond to the challenges of illegal migration, human traffickers, and terrorism. However, he predicted that Europe would change rapidly in the wake of Brexit.

Hungary, he underlined, was the country representing order among increasing disorder and he called on the new graduates to help maintain that order.
