Elaraby condemns Orlando terrorist attack

Dr. Nabil Elaraby, Secretary-General of the Arab League, has strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Orlando, Florida.
In a statement issued yesterday, Elaraby said that he considered this brutal attack as underscoring the need for continued solidarity and concerted international efforts to combat terrorism, whatever its source and motivation.
He called for the need to face up to attempts to stir up a culture of violence and hatred that 'feeds terrorist ideology and hateful extremism'.
