Egyptian Islamist leader Abu-Ismail arrested

Security sources have revealed that Egypt's forces have arrested Islamist leader Hazem Salah Abu-Ismail, Chairperson of Raya Party on Friday. He has been imprisoned at Torah prison. Security official Mohamed el-Sharkawy said in press statements that Abu-Ismail was arrested at his house in Giza. The public prosecution had issued an arrest warrant for the leader. Sources added that Abu-Ismail did not confront forces during his arrest.
