Close shave for sex pests

At least nine men are believed to have had their heads shaved by the police after they were caught harassing women in shopping malls. Hawalli security servicemen in the Salmiya shopping area in Kuwait city arrested the men and gave them the head shaving punishment, according to local police reports. The men were also asked to sign pledges of good conduct in public. Shaving off head hair is sometimes used as a measure to shame young men for unruly behaviour.
