UN mission to Libya Bernardino Leon
Tripoli - Arab Today

The rapporteur of the Libyan human rights committee urged all warring sides in Libya to agree on a clear-cut strategy for national dialogue under the sponsorship of the UN mission in Libya away from any pressures or foreign interference.
Speaking to MENA, Ahmed Abdel Hakim renewed support for a comprehensive national dialogue that would lead to a permanent settlement to the Libyan crisis, stem bloodshed, end fighting and help reach a national reconciliation.
He warned that marginalizing any side in the Libyan conflict would threaten the collapse of negotiations or its failure.
The UN mission in Libya has earlier said real progress was achieved in the three-day talks that were held in Morocco between the rival factions in Libya in a bid to reach an agreement on a national unity government.
