Central prison facilities to be supervised by deputy security chiefs

Interior Minister Magdi Abdel Ghaffar decided that central prison facilities in each governorate will under the supervision of deputy security chiefs.
Published in the official Gazette on Saturday, the decision pointed out that deputy security chiefs will be in charge of reviewing all the security measures concerning the central prison facilities, approving their security plans, embarking on periodic inspection of the facilities, and filing reports to security chief.
The decision stated also forming committees, headed by deputy security chiefs, to take all needed measures at these prison facilities, including maintenance works. 
The committees will comprise senior officials.
