Gaza - Mohammed Habib

The al-Mujahedeen Brigade, the military arm of the Palestinian Mujahedeen Movement, has held a military rally in preparation for further Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip. Militants marched from the Martyr Omar Abu Sheria site in the south of the territory, passing through streets leading up to the edges of Gaza City. The rally lasted around 30 kilometres. Abu Malek, commander of the Martyr Rajae al-Labban Brigade said the march involved “specialised and advanced academic and scientific training for the Brigades,” adding that fighters displayed “competence with the military capabilities and weaponry.” Al-Mujahedeen spokesperson Abu Omar said the rally's purpose was to “send messages to Israel,” warning that al-Mujahedeen Brigades would continue training and preparation in the Gaza Strip.
