
Tawam Hospital, in affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine and part of the SEHA healthcare system, today issued a reminder about special timings for patient visits and rules during the UAE National Day holidays, December 2-4. 2014.
During the national holiday, Tawam Hospital’s and Al Wagan Hospital’s emergency services will continue to operate 24 hours a day. The urgent care clinic of Tawam Hospital will be working from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight while the Polyclinic and hospital-based clinics are closed. Al Wagan Family Medicine Clinic remains open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight while the Pediatrics and Internal Medicine are on call services only. Al Wagan’s dental clinic will be closed.
Family and friends can visit patients at Tawam Hospital between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.. A parent or an adult must accompany children aged between 2 and 12 years of age at all times. Visits to ICU, PICU and HDU will be between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p. m..
