
Qatar Supreme Council for Health announced a new infected case by Corunavirus, which caused Middle East respiratory syndrome for a Qatari citizen at the age of 61 years. Qatar News Agency (QNA) quoted a press statement of the Council today, that the mentioned infected Qatari citizen who suffers chronic diseases, was checked and diagnosed with the disease at Qatar Flu Centre, highlighting that the patient was currently receiving treatment, and his health was stable. (QNA) also reported that the epidemiological investigation procedures showed that the patient did not travel outside Qatar during the past two weeks prior to the symptoms, and was not subject to any contact with infected cases. The statement highlighted that all those who had contact with the patient from his family members and others had been checked, and the initials results were negative.
