
Human Resources Director at Health, Population and Hospital Reform Ministry Hadj Bencherik announced, Tuesday in Algiers, the creation of a national human resources file for Health Ministry.
Since the independence (1962), it is the first time that Health Ministry will elaborate a computerized file of different bodies working under its supervision, said Bencherik during a press conference which took place at the ministry headquarters.
This operation aims at, according to the same source, modernizing the management of the sector and put in place a computerized file of the ministry's human resources.
He affirmed that this operation will continue to define the needs of all the bodies in accordance with the number of inhabitants of every region and following the international norms.
These data will help the decision-makers, rationalize the sector’s expenses and improve health benefits, he added.
