London - Arabstoday

Scientists at the University of Leicester have started a trial on patients to test whether a spice could help treat bowel cancer. A team at the university have been interested in curcumin for years. Professor Will Steward said they were examining whether curcumin could "reduce the development of cancer" especially when used with chemotherapy.
