King Hamad receives head Of American mission hospital medical

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Sakhir Palace today Head of the Medical Services and Chief Executive of the American Mission Hospital George Cheriyan as well as a number of members from the hospital's Board of Directors who extended to him heartfelt thanks and gratitude for his support to the hospital. They also briefed HM the King about the hospital's development and modernisation steps and presented him with a book outlining the history and services provided by the hospital since its establishment 115 years ago. HM the King lauded the efforts made by the hospital's staff to provide optimum medical services for the people in Bahrain. He praised the hospital's good reputation and competences, commending its medical achievements. He also hailed strong historic cooperation between Bahrain and the USA, praising the efforts of the Health Ministry and its cooperation with all private hospitals and medical centres in Bahrain to improve medical and healthcare services. HM King Hamad wished the hospital's staff every success in achieving aspired goals.
