Board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Deborah S. Sarnoff, a clinical professor of dermatology at NYU Medical Center, has perfected a unique technique using the FDA-approved Cellulaze laser (Cynosure, Inc.) to dramatically improve the appearance of a sagging neck and tighten the overlying skin in a single treatment session, without having to go under the knife.
