
Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Minister of Health Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah opened here Monday the first and second newly renovated wards in the radiotherapy building of Kuwait Cancer Control Center. The Minister told the press that the project was in line with the Health Ministry's policy to further develop cancer treatment in Kuwait. Sheikh Mohammad Al-Abdullah also lauded Equate Petrochemical Company (EQUATE) and generous donors for their involvement in the renovation efforts, affirming that the new wards would serve cancer patients nationwide. The total cost of the newly renovated wards reached KD 400,000.
