Health ministry denies bird flu-death case

The ministry of health on Saturday denied media reports that a citizen has died of the bird flu in Gharbia governorate.
The reports are completely false and groundless, said Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Gharbia Mohamed Sharshar.
Sharshar asserted that the 35-year-old man died, in Mahalla Chest Hospital, of double pneumonia not the bird flu.
He urged media outlets to be more accurate in their coverage.
