Health minister Adawi launches oncology record project

Health Minister Adel Adawi on Tuesday kicked off Egypt's national oncology record project.
The project aims at accurately surveying the tumors in Egypt so that decision makers could stand on the level of infections to draw up the appropriate treatment plans.
This came during the minister's meeting with members of the mission of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).
The meeting discussed ways of upgrading the efficiency and potentials of the tumor registry centers in Egypt so that they could be the official representative of the cancer situation and be internationally-recognized.
