General Mills says it is voluntarily recalling some of its Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing because the dough may have fragments of plastic in it. The Minneapolis food manufacturer said the recall concerns only 8-count single and double packages of the refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing. No other varieties of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, such as Pillsbury Flaky Cinnamon Rolls or Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls are included in the recall, the company said. "This action is being taken as a precaution because the dough may contain fragments from a broken piece of plastic on the production line," General Mills said in a release posted on its website Friday. "These products are sold in grocery stores nationally. No other Pillsbury dough products are being recalled." The products being recalled are Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing that have "better if used by" dates of Oct. 30 and 31, 2013, and Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing two-packs with "better if used by" dates of Oct. 13, Oct. 26 and Oct. 31, 2013, the company said. Anyone with these products are urged to contact General Mills for a replacement. People with questions can call the company at 1-800-775-4777.
