
Egyptian Ambassador to Germany Mohamed Hegazi met in the premises of the Embassy in Berlin with former German president and the new head of Arab organization for Euro-Mediterranean economic cooperation Christian Wulff.
The meeting took up means of boosting cooperation between the embassy and the organization.
The embassy held a celebration to Wulff on the occasion of receiving the tolerance award from the German Evangelical Academy for supporting dialogue with Islam which helped in merging Muslims in the German society.
The two sides discussed means of combating terrorism in the Middle East region.
They also tackled means of promoting commercial and economic relations between Egypt and Germany.
