British health officials find second case of MERS

Health officials in the UK detected a second case of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) virus on a flight from Jeddah Saudi Arabia, which stopped at London on the way to the US. The British announcement comes after US health officials said Monday they had discovered a second case of MERS, RT reported. The US Centers for Disease Control said that officials in Florida had found a second imported instance of MERS, meaning a traveler had contracted the virus somewhere else and brought into the US.
