Bahraini state minister affairs to patronise key medical forum

Bahrain Medical Society (BMS) will organise in cooperation with Act Smart Public Relations Consultancy the 2nd GCC Medical Management Forum from September 16 to 18 at the InterContinental Regency Bahrain Hotel.
The event will be patronised by State Minister for Defence Affairs and President of the Supreme Health Council Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
BMS President Dr. Mohammed Rafie said the forum is part of a line-up of specialised GCC ones in medical management.
He added that the organisers’ choice of medical blunders as a theme for the forum stems from the growing importance of the issue in the region, especially after the recent controversy it has raised.
He underlined the society’s keenness to raise awareness and groom the medical cadres in the region to help them avoid medical blunders.
