
Deputy Premier Jawad bin Salem Al-Arrayedh on Sunday received the Minister of Health Mister Sadiq bin Abdul-Kareem Al-Shehabi who introduced to the Deputy Premier (DP) the medical delegation responsible for human organ transplants programme in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by Dr. Faisal Shaheen and several Ministry of Health officials. The Deputy Premier welcomed the Saudi delegation praising the significance of the programme which is considered as a lifebuoy to many patients, stressing the need for a thorough studying by its implementers regarding sharia-compliance and its legal, social, health and practical aspects as well as regulations in advanced and friendly countries in this field especially GCC countries. The Deputy Premier wished the delegation success in practically accomplishing this noble goal on real grounds. The delegation thanked the Deputy Premier for his directives and expertise in this field, aspiring to coordination and cooperation between officials in both countries in order to provide optimum services to patients in both countries.
