Three people who suffered heat stroke in Alexandria were discharged from hospital after receiving medical treatment, the health ministry said on Saturday.
In a statement, the ministry dismissed reports claiming deaths due to the heat wave.
Also, the ministry denied meningitis cases were reported in the coastal governorate.
During the past few days, the Egyptian hospitals reported deaths of 93 people due to the high temperature while 121 others suffered heat stroke.
