
Three persons died because of coronavirus in the past 24 hours to raise number of fatalities to 163 since virus broke out in Saudi Arabia since 2012, the Health ministry said Friday. A statement by the ministry said that six new patients were reported: two in Riyadh, two in Jeddah, and two in Al-Taef city. The statement added the three fatalities were one in each of these cities. The ministry also noted that three patients were completely recovered from the disease in Makkah and Riyadh. With today's new confirmed cases, the total number of infected patients since September 2012 reached 520 cases, among them 163 fatalities.
