Apple and Earl Gray Milkshake

Ingredients For the earl gray infusion: ½ cup water, 10 tablespoons earl grey tea or 80 g, Milkshake ingredients: 3½ cups apple juice or 900 g, 500 g apples, green, cut into slices, 397 g Nestle Condensed Milk 1¼ cups skimmed yoghurt or 240 g, frozen, 400 g ice cubes, crushed, Preparation To prepare the Earl Gray infusion, bring the water to a boil, add the tea, remove from heat and keep aside covered for 10 minutes. Combine all the ingredients together (including the Earl Gray infusion) in a blender except the crushed ice. Blend for 5 minutes until smooth; pour the ice and blend again for 2 minutes. Serve in a large chilled glass.
