Tokyo - QNA
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Japan between Jan. 6 and 8 for his third round of talks with his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe, a Japanese government source said Thursday. The two leaders are expected to discuss a project to jointly establish a science and technology college in Turkey and the possible joint development of engines for use in military tanks, according to Japan's (Kyodo) News Agency. Abe visited Turkey in May and October this year, partly to promote nuclear power infrastructure exports from Japan. During his visit in October, a joint venture including Japan's Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. agreed with the Turkish government on a project to build a nuclear power plant in Sinop.
