US President-elect Donald Trump is expected to meet former CIA director David Petraeus on Monday as he is being considered as secretary of state, Sky News reported.

Earlier, Petraeus said that he is willing to serve in President-elect Donald Trump’s administration if asked.

Petraeus also commanded US and NATO troops in Afghanistan and multinational forces in Iraq, before retiring from the military to take a position in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 2011.
