Transport min. visits 4th stage of 3rd subway line

Transport Minister Galal Saeed inspected work progress of the fourth stage of the third subway line which serves the residents of Heliopolis and Gesr el Suez.
Saeed said that the first part of the 4th stage which stretches over 5.15 km includes the stations of Haroun, Heliopolis, Alf Maskan, el Shams club and Nozha, adding that this part will be inaugurated in April 2018.
The cost of the first part is EGP 4.345 billion not including the movable units.
Saeed said that the second part of this stage which stretches over 6.35 km will be inaugurated in June 2019 and will include five stations and will cost EGP 5.9 billion not including the movable units.
