Thamer bin Ali Al-Sabhan as Minister of State for Arab Gulf Affairs

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued early Sunday an order appointing Thamer bin Ali Al-Sabhan as Minister of State for Arab Gulf Affairs in the excellent rank at the Foreign Ministry.
The order instructed all pertinent bodies to accredit it and implement it with immediate effect, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
