Sisi comes fourth in Sputnik list of 2016 most powerful leaders

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi came fourth in the list of the most powerful and influential leaders in 2016, which was prepared by Sputnik news agency.
Egypt, under Sisi, managed to sign many agreements and urged forming an international anti-terror coalition, Sputnik said.
The Egyptian president called also establishing a joint Arab force and offered an initiative to bring about peace in the Middle East, it added.
The list was topped by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
