Sheikh Ammar issues regulation

H. H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, has issued a resolution on the executive regulation of Ajman Government financial law. The regulation will take effect as of January 2012 and shall be applicable to any department, institution, body, department or authority within the general budget of the Government of the Emirate. The issuance of this regulation comes under decree no. 12 for 2011 implementing the directives of H. H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, to improve the financial performance of Ajman government departments.
