Shaikh Nasser award win lauded

Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) board member and women’s sport committee chairwoman Shaikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa congratulated the kingdom of Bahrain leadership on Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa winning the ANOC Merit Award in Doha today.

Shaikha Hayat congratulated His Majesty King Hamad, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander on this achievement. 

She said the sharp vision of Shaikh Nasser and his ability to run the youth sports movements in the kingdom of Bahrain has significantly contributed to the development of Bahrain in both sectors, taking them to higher levels.

Shaikha Hayat also congratulated the Bahrain Olympic Committee on winning the Breakthrough Award, noting that this decision was a result of the hard work of the Bahrain Olympic Committee board, led by Shaikh Nasser and committee vice-president Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
