President names Mubadala Investment Company's board members

In his capacity as the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued an Emiri Decree forming the Board of Directors of Mubadala Investment Company under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The decree stated that H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, will be Vice Chairman.

Members of the board include Mohammed Ahmed Al Bowardi, Suhail Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak as managing director, Hamad Al Hurr Al Suwaidi, Abdul Hamid Mohammed Saeed and Mahmood Ebraheem Al Mahmood.
