In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has issued Decree No. (13) of 2017, appointing Major General Talal Belhoul as Director-General of the State Security Department in Dubai.
The Decree is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
