Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah departed Kuwait on Thursday to take part in the GCC counterparts' meeting with US Secretary of State John Kerry, due in the Saudi capital later on Thursday.
The minister, on his way to Riyadh by air, is accompanied by senior officials of his department.
